Tuition and Financial Aid
The Student Financial Services Office is your source for information on Clarion University's Tuition & Fees, the Financial Aid application process (includes scholarships, grants, and loans), as well as the payment options available through the university.
FERPA and Student Records
Clarion University's Family Educational Rights and Privacy ACT (FERPA) Notification Statement makes students aware of their rights related the access and review of their educational records maintained by the university. Additional information concerning the Nondisclosure of Directory Information and the Release of Information Form can be found by visiting the Registrar's Office.
Orientation and Welcome Week
The New Student Programs Office works to meet the needs of all incoming students whether they are first time in college, transfer, commuter or returning adults. This Office also coordinates New Student Orientation and Welcome Week. Additionally, the Center for First Year Experience offers resources specifically for new students.
Living at Clarion
Through the Center for Residence Life Services you can get all of the details on the different housing options Clarion University offers from the Hilltop Suites and Suites on Main to Reinhard Villages and Housing at Venango. You can also learn about the university's housing requirement, request an exemption from University Affiliated Housing, apply for housing, get contract release information, and learn about the Eagle ID Card (including Eagle Dollars and Flex Dollars). Additionally, instructions for sending packages to your student can be found here.
Meal Plans and More
Chartwells is proud to be Clarion University's food service provider. By visiting their Dine on Campus website you can you can learn about, and purchase, a meal plan, find out what's on the menu at their dining locations, access a variety of nutrition tools, and much, much more.
Parking and Campus Safety
The Clarion University Police Officers have full police authority, are Act 120 certified, attend regular update and specialized training, and they provide law enforcement and security services on all university-owned property, as well as Reinhard Villages, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. From their website you can get information about parking on campus, as well access the Clarion Area Transit schedule, and access the university's annual Safety, Security & Crime Statistics Report. Students can also register two cell phone numbers and two email addresses in the Eagle Alerts emergency notification system. This opt-in service is completely voluntary and is only used to notify the university community of emergency situations.
Health and Wellness
The Center for Wellness promotes students' holistic well-being and is home to the Health Center, Counseling Services, the Office of Health Promotions, the Student Recreation Center, and the university's Student Support Assistant.
Dates, Deadlines, and Things to Do
The Academic Calendar contains important dates and deadlines for each semester that students, and parents, need to know. CU CONNECT is the place where students can learn about organizations and events happening on campus. Individuals can also download the Corq App (from Google play or the Apple App Store), which is an easy and convenient way to access the CU CONNECT event feed.

Parent and Family Association
By virtue of their relationship to the student, all parents/guardians and/or spouse/partners of Clarion University students are automatically members of the Parent & Family Association. The Association exists to develop a support network for parents and family members of Clarion University students as they adjust to and progress through their time at the university.
