High School Seniors & First Time Students

  1. Apply online.
  2. Send your official high school transcript, or GED, SAT/ACT scores to:

  3. View the First Year Requirements page for GPA information, as well as admissions requirements for specific majors.

Transfer


Transferring & Community College Students

  1. Apply online.
  2. Send ALL previous college transcripts,  official high school transcript or GED* to PennWest Clarion electronically at the inbox transfercredit@pennwest.edu or via the mailing address:

International Students- Freshman

  1. Apply online.

    The application for admission and all supporting documents must be received no later than the date indicated for the corresponding semester.

    • Fall semester (historically begins in late August) – July 15
    • Spring semester (historically begins in mid-January) – November 15
  2. Requirement of foreign educational credential evaluation services -

    • While we encourage all international students to submit transcripts using World Education Services or another member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services foreign educational credential evaluation services, students from the following countries are required to submit their transcripts through this service: 
      • Cameroon
      • Gambia
      • Ghana
      • Haiti
      • Kenya
      • Liberia
      • Nigeria
      • Togo
  3. All non-native English speakers must submit an official English proficiency test score - TOEFL, IELTS, DuoLingo, University of Cambridge ESOL Exam or SAT/ACT
  4. Submit official, English-translated copies of all secondary school transcripts
  5. Submit a copy of your passport- copy of the picture page

International Students - Transfer
