Bus Visit Request Form

Bus Visits are geared toward academically prepared high school students who have an interest in attending Clarion University. To request a visit for your group, please complete this Bus Visit Request Form below at least 5 weeks prior to your preferred visit date. A chaperone form must be completed and returned 4 weeks prior to the chosen date. Please keep in mind that we cannot accommodate all requests and requests will be honored on a first come, first serve basis. Please feel free to view our tentative bus visit agenda as you prepare for your visit. If you have any questions or concerns about scheduling your visit, please contact Jarrett C. Please note that this form is for group visits and organizations only. For individual visits and all other visits to Clarion University, please register through our Visit Page.

 

Important Notes:
Student attendees must have at least a 2.5 cumulative GPA and strong interest, motivation and desire to go to college.

We limit organizations to one visit per year and can only accommodate a maximum of 40 students with 1 chaperone per every 15 students. *Number of visitors may vary due to COVID changes.
