Best Accredited Colleges ranks Clarion 15th in the nation for Best Online Associate Degrees in Early Childhood Education.

"Earning this degree online gives participants the ability to work in the field while taking courses, and, upon completion, opens doors to career advancement while serving as a launching pad for further education, seamlessly leading them into a bachelor's degree, if they so desire."
Best Accredited uses a variety of data to determine its rankings.
"We create our guides and school rankings with student education in mind," Best Accredited wrote in a congratulatory letter to the university. "We considered hundreds of institutions across the country and ranked Clarion University of Pennsylvania using data around financial aid awards, the quality of education, faculty, campus resources, and more."
Clarion University of Pennsylvania's online early childhood associate degree is designed to prepare early childhood professionals for entry-level positions through construction of knowledge, skills and dispositions related to child development and the importance of early care and education. The program also is accredited by the Commission on the Accreditation of Early Childhood Higher Education Programs of the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
