Remote Assistance


Computing Services utilizes TeamViewer to assist with remote support.  TeamViewer  can remotely connect to a computer on or off-campus. If the tool is needed, a Help Desk technician may ask you to download and install the software .  

 Generally, you will only need the Quick Support Version of the TeamViewer program to receive remote support:

TeamViewer Quick Support

 This Quick Support Version runs TeamViewer (temporarily) on your computer, a full program install is not required.

To activate the remote control, you will be also prompted to authorize the access. For additional information, please review our Instructions for downloads.
