The College of Business Administration at Clarion University of Pennsylvania is committed to preparing its students for success as ethical business leaders and professionals in a dynamic, complex global environment through high quality, challenging academic and related programs, while serving the academic and business communities through effective teaching, scholarly contributions, and appropriate service to the university and the region (Revised April 27, 2010).

Program Offerings

The faculty members of the College of Business Administration have developed the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree and the Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree that have earned accreditation by the AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Students pursuing the BSBA degree may major in one or more of the following areas: Accounting; Economics; Finance; Industrial Relations (Human Resource Management); International Business; Management; Marketing; and Real Estate. The MBA degree is offered in an 11 month, a traditional 3 semester, a 2-year (for students without a business background), and a part-time online format.

At the Venango Campus, the College of Business Administration offers Associates Degrees in Business Administration and in Paralegal Studies. The Paralegal Studies program is one of only three paralegal programs in western Pennsylvania approved by the American Bar Association (ABA).

Student Organizations

The College of Business Administration supports eleven student clubs and organizations. These organizations provide a great place to connect with fellow business majors, engage in professional development, gain leadership skills and become involved in public service opportunities. We highly encourage all first and second year students to sit in on club meetings and get a feel for the different business careers so they can make a more informed decision on their path to a successful career in business.

Study Abroad

The College of Business Administration believes, with the global business environment of today, providing our students opportunities to gain international experience is especially important. Not only do we promote the university study abroad program, but we have partnered with various colleges and universities to provide additional study abroad opportunities for our business majors.Course work completed with one of our international partnership schools is evaluated for Clarion University credit.
