Clarion students enjoy a rich academic life at Clarion. With more than 100 academic programs, it’s not hard for students to find the program that best suits their talents and interests.

At Clarion, you’ll find the College of Arts, Education and Sciences, which houses the new School of Education. The College of Business Administration and Information Sciences is home to the School of Information Sciences. Venango College, which has always been known for its successful nursing programs, houses the School of Health Sciences.

No matter where your degree is found, we’re sure you’ll make connections with our faculty who are excited to help you on your educational journey. At Clarion, none of our classes are taught by graduate assistants. All of our classes are taught by seasoned faculty, most of whom have doctorates from prestigious institutions across the country. These faculty members truly care about Clarion and its students.

Another tool to help you along the way is Career Services. Career Services can help you build a sharp resume and prepare you for job interviews. Both resume reviews and mock interviews are available through Career Services.

Also, don’t forget to keep track of the Academic Calendar. You’ll want to remember important dates that mark the semester such as holidays and examination periods. Be sure to fill your academic calendar by researching the Catalog and Class Schedules. You’ll want to allow yourself time to succeed academically, but also have time to make memories socially.

One of the most important aspects of your college career is the registrar’s office. The registrar’s office is home to a variety of academic services and functions such as registration, drop/add for classes, withdrawals, information regarding graduation, transcripts and more. The office also is where you learn about key policies regarding your academic progress and success.

For graduate students, be sure to check out Graduate Student Services, where you’ll find key information and forms necessary for earning that advanced degree.
