I'm Daly Fuller, the Coordinator of Intramurals and Outdoor Recreation at Clarion University–Venango Campus, and I'm excited to tell you about the new & exciting opportunities that are now available to all Venango Campus students & families!
Intramural and Recreational Programming is scheduled to meet the needs of the unique student body here at Clarion University-Venango Campus.
Intramurals can range from the traditional flag football, volleyball, and basketball to ultimate frisbee, dodgeball and golf scrambles. Your input as students and faculty is welcome and appreciated!!
Our recreational resources are endless in the northwestern Pennsylvania region. Two Mile Run County Park is nearby, as well as the Oil Creek State Park with over 50 miles of trails available. Caving, rock climbing and repelling at Panther Rocks, horseback riding at the Hickory Creek Wilderness Ranch, canoeing, and kayaking and rafting on the Allegheny River, are just the tip of the iceberg! Not to mention all the students, faculty and family fun in lazer tag, Splash Lagoon Indoor Water Park and the Eracers Go Kart Park in nearby Butler.
Come join us at our Fall Kick Off Event on September 12th held at the Mitchell Street City Park. There will be free hotdogs and hamburgers, free T-shirts and prizes for different contests.
