CL- 688 Venango Campus Drainage System Improvements
Project Description: Project is located at Venango Campus in Oil City, PA Scope of work involved under this contract consists of the following: Provide foundation waterproofing and drainage system for a portion of Montgomery Hall; provide storm drainage improvements to areas adjacent to Montgomery Hall; provide new accessible sidewalk(s), stairs, landings and railings as required. Reconstruct existing main access driveway in vicinity of Rhoades Center and provide storm water management improvements on upper campus property.
Pre-bid Conference: will be held January 12, 2012 at 1:00 pm at 101 Montgomery Hall, Venango Campus, Oil City, PA . Pre-bid meeting will be the only site visit conducted by the University and the only review of plans and specifications. All Contractors are urged to attend.
Bid Package: $75 non-refundable fee for Bid Package

Scope of work involves the partial alteration and renovation of approximately 50% of the first floor of Montgomery Hall, an existing classroom and office facility for the School of Nursing and Allied Health. Scope includes interior and exterior renovation work.

CL-719 Campus Facilities Master Plan
Project Description: Development of a new Campus Facilities Master plan including areas such as short, mid and long term time frames, University Strategic Directions Plan, Academic Plan, Student Life Plan, Finance & Administration Plan, University Student Housing Master Plan, University Athletic Master Plan, Long Range Master Plan and provide a new clear vision of the University's future. Also included should be efforts toward sustainable energy, conservation, "green" building design and updated ADA requirements as well as a concise effort to involve Clarion Borough, Clarion County and surrounding townships in these planning efforts.
Prebid Conference: will be held January 17, 2012 10:00 am at Eagle Commons, Room 108 on the Main Campus. It is highly recommended that interested parties attend this meeting.
