MISSION
Our mission is to work in unison with the communities of northwest Pennsylvania to improve, protect and promote their health by being their health care partner in the struggle against and treatment of HIV and AIDS.
We will provide access to high quality, comprehensive early intervention services for the medically underserved HIV positive individuals in our region.
We will provide HIV positive patients with the highest quality medical care, performed by trained, competent specialists in the field of HIV, utilizing the best available medical practices.
VISION
We envision a time when all our rural communities are united in the struggle against HIV and AIDS.
We envision a time when state-of-the-art, comprehensive, affordable services are accessible to all HIV positive individuals in Northwest Pennsylvania.
We envision a time when the rural health care clinic will be a recognized national model for providing comprehensive treatment to HIV/AIDS patients in large rural areas.
