Solution:
1. At the top of the Firefox window, click on the Tools menu and select Options...
2. Select the Content panel.
To allow pop-up windows:
a. Uncheck this to disable the pop-up blocker altogether
or
a. Click the 'Exceptions...' button to right of "Block pop-up Windows" check box (This is a list of sites that you want to allow to display pop-ups.)
b. Click in the field just below "Address of website" and type: www.clarion.edu/myclarion
c. Click the 'Allow' button to allow pop-ups for MyClarion websites.
d. Click the 'Close' button
e. Shut down all Firefox windows and then re-open FIrefox.
