Solution:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. At the top of the screen, click on Tools
3. In the Tools menu, click Delete Browsing History...
4. A Delete Browsing History window will appear. Click the Delete button
5. You will see a progress window appear (Delete Browser History)
as the browser cache files are deleted (please be patient)
6. When the above window disappears close all your browser windows.
7. Re-launch browser and you are finished.
