Breaks and other times by appointment
Parking is available at the East entrance parking lot. The equipment is supported by Learning Support Services, a unit of the Learning and Technology Center. The office provides university faculty, staff and students support in the use of technology.
Online requests for equipment must come from university faculty or staff members. Equipment loan is only available for instructional use. Equipment requests for event use must be coordinated through the Events & Scheduling office. All requests must be submitted at least three (3) days in advance!
The person requesting the equipment is responsible for returning the equipment in working condition and reporting any problems. First priority for equipment will be given to requests supporting academic instruction. Once a request is received, it will be reviewed for availability and a confirmation will be sent to the requestor.
Note: These are short-term loans of equipment (3 days or less). Pickup and drop off times from 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. M-F only.
If you need more than one of the items in a category above, please specify in the text box below. Please add any other information pertinent to your request (including a pickup/drop-off time if outside normal hours). If someone other than the requestor picks up the equipment, an authorization form must be submitted at the time of pickup. Comments:
