The Office of Faculty Research Development exists to provide support to faculty and staff in the grant process. This includes technical assistance for grant development, and oversight for adherence to university and agency policies and procedures. We are responsible for the review, processing, and submission of proposals to external agencies; negotiation, formal acceptance, and execution of awards; and for post-award administrative oversight for grants and contracts for externally sponsored projects.
We recognize that research projects and other sponsored programs are essential to the success of our academic programs. We also manage and oversee funding for professional development on the Clarion campuses.
