Interview Preparation Assistance

Practice interviews (also know as mock interviews) are designed to simulate a real interview experience.  Options for practice interviews include in person, by telephone, via SKYPE, in classroom and group settings, and online. In person and online sessions can be recorded. Feedback and suggestions for improvement are provided.

How to Schedule A Mock Interview 

• In Person, Telephone or Skype:  Call 814-393-2323 or email careers@clarion.edu

• InterviewStream - a web-based tool, accessible from any internet connection

  • The InterviewStream User's Guide provides a step by step navigation.
  • A webcam and microphone are required.
  • A computer with webcam is available for use by appointment at the Career Services Center, 114 Egbert Hall.
  • Choose from pre-designed interviews or customize from a list of 3000 general and major-specific questions.
  • Once complete, students can self-review, or send the video interview to others for feedback.
  • Faculty and staff can collaborate with Career Services to create custom interviews for students.
