Elizabeth Ross Association of Information Technology Professionals Scholarship

Annual scholarships are awarded to AITP members majoring in Computer Information Science (CIS). Selection is based on academic record and contribution to AITP. Additional information can be obtained from the CIS Department at 814-393-2442. Deadline date is April 15.

George R. Lewis Scholarships

These scholarships are made available to deserving students in computer science. The scholarship is renewable through four years, provided that students meet the required academic standards. Contact the chair of the Computer Information Science Department at (814) 393-2442 for more information.

Computer Information Science Department Foundation Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded annually to a computer science or information systems major based on academic excellence and participation in university and community activities. Additional information can be obtained from the Computer Information Science Department at 814-393-2442.

Ronald B. Lucas Scholarship

This scholarship was established by Ronald, Class of 1982, and Debra Lucas for deserving Clarion University students in either Computer and Information Science or Business. To be considered, student must demonstrate financial need and file the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and must maintain a 3.0 or higher grade point average in high school with plans to attend Clarion University. First preference will be given to a student in Computer Information Science. Next preference will be a student entering a department in the College of Business Administration in Administrative Science, Finance, or Accountancy. Eligible students will be notified.

CIO Scholarship

Created by a gift from the Chief Information Officers Scholarship Foundation facilitated by Mark Egan, Clarion Class of 1978, the CIO Scholarship Fund supports scholarships for incoming students planning to pursue a bachelor's degree in information technology.  Candidates for consideration must demonstrate financial need as determined by FAFSA.   All admissions freshmen applicants will automatically be considered; award will be offered by April 1.
