String Ensemble

MUSA 130-145 may be taken for one credit or for no credit. Piano Accompanying/Ensemble

A practical course involving discussion of problems relating to the art of accompanying and supervised rehearsal and public performance of works for voice, instrument and piano ensemble. Skills to be developed include sight reading, score reading and rehearsal techniques. Students will meet with instructor for supervised rehearsal/discussion and will be assigned vocal and instrumental accompaniments to their level. Prerequisite: MUSA 125
