The College of Arts and Sciences is excited to announce a new initiative for the Fall 2012 semester, called Connect for Success.
The Connect for Success program facilitates first year students' transition from high school to the university and persistence into the second year by enrolling students in blocks of linked courses. Faculty in linked courses work together to identify and incorporate a central theme that integrates the content of their courses.
Small or medium-size classes are linked one-to-one. A larger class may be linked with multiple sections of a smaller one. Students enroll in the linked classes as a block.
