Finance.
The BSBA in Finance prepares students for positions in financial institutions, corporations, the personal finance fields, or for advanced postgraduate study. Finance is a functional area of every organization and, by choosing the appropriate electives, each program may be tailored to meet the individual goals of the students. Students may choose tracks in Corporate Finance or Personal Financial Planning. The Personal Financial Planning program is registered with the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) Board of Standards Inc. and satisfies the academic requirements for taking the CFP examination.

Real Estate
The BSBA in Real Estate prepares students for careers in real estate brokerage, real estate appraisal, development, real estate finance, investment analysis, and property management. The Real Estate and Legal Business Studies program facilitates the preparation of students for law school. This program combines field projects and hands-on experiences with the community; giving students an opportunity to apply classroom theory. Students completing the Real Estate major will satisfy the educational requirements for licensure for the salesperson's and broker's licenses in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Internships: Management and Industrial Relations students are encouraged to participate in our internship program. This program provides practical experience, opportunities for career exploration, and shows students how classroom theory is applied. These internship experiences develop the maturity and depth that employers desire.
Placement: Those students in the 2006 graduating class reported a 90% placement rate with over 80% working in their chosen field of expertise. Click Here to view the most recent Career Services survey.
