Clarion University earns Military Friendly Silver distinction

August 4, 2021

Military Friendly SilverClarion University has earned the Military Friendly® Schools distinction for the 12th year in a row.

This year, Clarion received the silver designation.

Military Friendly® is the standard that measures an organization's commitment, effort, and success in creating sustainable and meaningful benefits for the military community.

Furthermore, the Military Friendly Schools list sets the standard for higher education institutions to provide the best opportunities for veterans and their spouses. This prestigious list provides a comprehensive guide for veterans and their families, using data sources from federal agencies and proprietary survey information from participating organizations.

Ratings were determined by combining the institution's survey scores with the assessment of the institution's ability to meet thresholds for student retention, graduation, job placement, loan repayment, persistence and loan default rates for all students, specifically for student veterans.

More than 1,200 schools participated in the 2021-2022 survey with around 750 schools earning the Military Friendly designation.
