12 week Online Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification Exam Prep Course
Human Resources Professionals with the PHR certification demonstrates commitment and knowledge in the human resources field. This course will prepare the human resources professional to sit for the PHR Certification Exam. The course will cover the core requirement for the certification exam: business management, talent planning and acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, and employee and labor relations. The HR Certification Institute (HRCI) requires HR professionals planning to sit for the PHR exams to have a combination of demonstrated work experience and education. What is a First Step Seminar? The First Step: How to Start and Finance Your Business is a tri-monthly seminar where you learn the core steps to starting a business in Pennsylvania.
What will I learn if I attend? Topics included in these seminars: new business owner's self assessment, business structures and types, PA registration processes, business licenses, taxation, research tools and what to expect when financing your business. We also discuss the business and financial planning process needed for every new business.
