Medical facilities, non-profit and government agencies are invited to meet 2020 graduates from A.S.N., Allied Health, Medical Imaging and Respiratory Care programs. Students will be present from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m.  A networking luncheon will be held at 12:15 p.m. to allow recruiters to spend additional time with the 2020 graduates as well as our faculty.  After the luncheon, recruiters are welcome to continue discussions with the students and faculty at their discretion.

Registration Fees and Deadlines
All registration types include registration for two recruiters, lunch, wireless internet access, one table and two chairs, free parking and a listing in the online directory and the printed directory (if registration is received three weeks prior to the event).
  • Early Bird (August 22 - September 13): $75.00
  • Regular (September 14 - October 11): $100.00
  • Late (After October 11): $125.00

Additional recruiters: $25.00 for each additional recruiter for all deadlines.

New Accounts:
Click here to create an "employer" account on Handshake. After your "Employer" account has been approved, the link to the Career Fair registration form can be accessed on your account home page.  Note:  When creating your employer account you must select "Career Fair" as a service, so it appears on your account page.

Payment
After your registration is approved, a confirmation form/invoice will be sent.  Please PRINT the invoice and mail it with the registration fee within thirty days or at least two weeks prior to the event to:

Refunds/Cancellations
A full refund of the registration fee will be made if a written cancellation is received two weeks prior to the event.  No refunds are issued after the event.

Facilities
  • This event is located in the Rhoades Center Gymnasium
  • One table, tablecloth and two chairs will be provided.
  • You may place a banner or display on or behind your table (6' x 3').
  • Signs are not permitted to be taped or tacked to walls.
  • Wireless Internet service is available. However, you must provide your own laptop.
  • A limited number of electrical outlets will be made available on a first requested, first served basis.
  • Organizations must supply their own audio/visual equipment and extension cords.

Check-in and Name Tags
Set up and registration will begin at 8:45 a.m.; all registrants should be ready for the graduates by 10 a.m. The event will take place in the gymnasium of the Rhoades Center.  Please bring your company name tag or ID. If you do not have one, blank name tags will be provided.

Fair and Networking Luncheon
Students will be present from 10:00 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. A networking luncheon will be held at 12:15 p.m. to allow recruiters to spend additional time with the 2020 A.S.N., Allied Health, Medical Imaging and Respiratory Care graduates as well as our faculty. After the luncheon, recruiters are welcome to continue discussions with the students and faculty at their discretion.

Hospitality
The registration fee includes lunch and beverage service for two recruiters.

You can advertise your visit to campus in our weekly campus newspaper (distributed on Thursdays.) Contact The Clarion Call at 814-393-2380 or E-mail: chief@clarioncallnews.com.  In addition, you may advertise on our campus radio station, WCUC, 91.7 FM by calling 814-393-2330.

Canceling

As a courtesy to those organizing the fair, please call the Venango Career Services Office if your organization/agency has to cancel at the last minute.
