University Events

PennWest Clarion offers year-round events filled with school spirit to connect students with alumni, family and the Clarion community. Events include acclaimed guest speakers, concerts, theater productions and sporting events in our brand new athletic arena, Tippin Gymnasium.

Some of our most popular spaces include Gemmell Multi-Purpose Room, Eagle Commons, Hart Chapel, Marwick-Boyd Auditorium, Suites on Main Theater, and several meeting rooms that can accommodate groups between 30-120. We have state-of-the-art rooms that are included with projectors, screens and technical options. 

Any organization, staff, faculty or administration on campus can reserve space for events by using the EMS Reservation System. For questions, please contact our Event Services coordinator, Maria Gatesman.

Your events may also feature catering from the Gathering by Clarion Dining Catering.

When utilizing a space, it's important to familiarize yourself with university policies regarding that space.
