PennWest Event Services advises on the best available spaces to ensure successful events. The Event Services team on the Clarion campus includes Maria Gatesman, Jessica Zacherl and Rob Hoover. Their offices are on the second floor of Gemmell. Feel free to reach out to the team directly with questions.
Please note: Students are the focus of the Gemmell Student Center. Student groups will have priority in reserving spaces.
Gemmell meeting rooms are set up to best utilize each space and may not be rearranged. When reserving a space, please choose the room that bet suits your needs.
The second floor information desk is open to assist with information and resources for events. The info desk will open in a new, first-floor location near the rotunda this spring.
Gemmell 248 is a designated Zoom room. Request this space for hybrid meetings or if your group has someone speaking virtually.
Gemmell 152 is the temporary location for the University Store; currently, the space is unavailable for meetings and events. Watch for the University Store to move into a fresh, new space on the ground floor.
Suites on main south
Suites on Main South houses the Small Business Development Center in 9A/B. Rooms 14 A/B and 110 A/B are available for meetings.
Eagle Commons 107/108 is available to reserve for meetings and events with catered meals.
