ACADEMIC SUSPENSION LETTER OF APPEAL

(This is not an appeal for reinstatement of eligibility for federal financial aid.)

THIS FORM MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE WEB NO LATER THAN NOON ON SUNDAY, JUNE 14, 2020.

Use this form to respond to each of the following statements concerning your Academic Suspension. Please provide direct and well-written responses to justify the appeal of your suspension. Click the submit form button to complete your appeal submission.

Decision On The Appeal

The Office of Academic Affairs will review only those appeals received by the deadline above.  Decisions will be sent by email to the student’s Eagle email account by 4 pm on June 29, 2020  and a follow-up letter will be sent to the student’s permanent address as it is recorded on the student’s MyClarion account by the following week.
