Let Parent/Family Services help you celebrate special occasions by purchasing one of three available Blue and Gold Celebrations Packages. Blue and Gold Celebrations Packages are designed for Birthdays, Halloween, and Valentine's Day. Each package comes with balloons, a personal message, and various goodies. 1) Print and complete the order form. If an e-mail address is not provided, a notification will
automatically be sent to the student's Clarion University email account.
2) Attach the payment. Please do not send cash. Checks should be made payable to Clarion University.
There is a $2.00 processing fee for all credit cards and it will be added to your total.
3) Mail the order form and payment to: Transitions Services, Office of Campus Life, Clarion University of Pennsylvania, 840 Wood Street, Clarion, PA 16214
To ensure delivery on a student's birthday, orders must be recieved one week prior to requested delivery date. For Saturday and Sunday birthdays, delivery will be the Friday prior to the students actual birthday. All birthday bash packages will be delivered on the requested date as long as the order is received one week in advance. Any packages not picked up after three days of delivery date will no longer be available for pick-up. No refunds will be provided.
To ensure on-time delivery, package orders must be submitted by October 17th for Halloween and January 31st for Valentine's Day. Delivery and pick up dates are October 31st through November 2nd for Halloween and February 14th through February 16th for Valentine's Day. Any packages not picked up within these time periods will no longer be available for pick-up. No refunds will be provided.
Delivery Notification and Package Pick-up
Students living on campus will receive
three notifications: (1) email, (2) phone call, and (3) package slip in mailbox. Students living on
campus will pick up their packages at their area desk. Area desks are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
North Area Desk (located in Nair Hall): Wilkinson and Nair hall residents
South Area Desk (located in Givan Hall): Ralston, Givan, Ballentine, and Becht hall residents.
Students living off campus or in Reinhard Villages will receive two notifications: (1) email and (2) phone call. Students living off campus will pick up their packages at the Information Desk in Gemmell Student Complex. Information desk hours are 9:00 am to 11:00 pm on weekdays and noon to 11:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. The phone number for the Information Desk is 814-393-2704.
