Awards
Each spring, Clarion
University’s Reinhard Awards Ceremony is held to recognize the
out-of-class accomplishments of students and registered student
organizations.
Four individual awards are
presented to members of the Greek community annually – Greek Man
of the Year, Greek Woman of the Year, Panhellenic Council
Outstanding Senior Award, and Interfraternity Council
Outstanding Senior Award. Judging is based on a student’s
contributions toward their own fraternity or sorority and toward
the Greek community as a whole, as well as their service,
leadership, and scholastic accomplishments. The 2006-2007 academic year winners were:
In addition, the winners
of the Greek Games are announced at the Reinhard Awards. The
Greek Games are a year-long, friendly competition between
fraternities and sororities, including events such as bowling,
volleyball, academic bowl, dodgeball, softball, and the annual
