Strike Information and Activities for Students
During the strike, students should report to their regularly scheduled work study job as well as their classes unless their class is listed as "not meeting" on the Course Status Site (login required). This list is updated nightly.
Faculty are not required to strike, so until we can verify if a faculty member shows up to teach their class we can only assume that the class is meeting.
It is critical that you check your university email regularly for important messages from the university.
If you haven’t signed up for Eagle Alert, take a minute to do so. The Eagle Alert system is how the university communicates with you in emergency situations and at other times it is important to get information out quickly.
Other services on campus will continue as always – residence halls will be open and staffed, the dining halls will be open and serving great food, and the library and student recreation center will be open. In addition to those services, follow the links below for a list of activities to be held on campus during the faculty strike. These Spirit Day activities are a great way to stay engaged during the strike.

The State System has been negotiating with the union (APSCUF) that represents faculty at all 14 universities in the System.
