| CLARION – The Clarion University women’s volleyball team
opened up play in the Holiday Inn/Clarion Classic with a 3-0 win over
Concordia (NY) Friday afternoon. Clarion got a come-from-behind 30-28 win in Game One and then won Game Two 30-26 and Game Three 30-23. Melanie Bull’s 15 kills and 17 digs paced the Golden Eagles (15-1), while Beth Stalder had 13 kills and three blocks. Jackie Hill added 41 set assists and five digs, and Laurie Hepler had 15 digs. |
