CAL 9, CLARION 0

      (California, Pa.): California, ranked #7 in the NCAA Division II, defeated Clarion on Tuesday by a 9-0 score.

      The Vulcans won all six singles matches and all three doubles matches to take the win.

      The match was the PSAC-West opener for both schools. Cal is 1-0 in the PSAC-West and 20-1 overall. Clarion is 0-1 in the PSAC-West, 5-2 now in the Spring and 10-5 overall.

      The Golden eagles next action will be April 10th against Slippery Rock at Clarion’s Campbell Courts. Match time is 1pm.
