Clarion 6 Westminster 3

Clarion- Clarion improved to 2-1 on the year with a 6-3 win over Westminster at Campbell courts on Monday. Clarion received wins at #1 and #2 doubles, where the Rombach duo defeated Larson and Commisso 9-7.  Clarion got a win at #2 doubles where Lisa Baumgartner and Kassie Leuschel defeated Scudere and Newman 8-1.  Clarion also got wins from Corin Rombach, Baumgartner, Kassie Leuschel and Ashleigh Hinds in singles to complete the win.  Head coach Loris Sabatose said. “This was a great win at #6 single by freshman Ashleigh Hinds.” Clarion returns to the courts Friday vs. Lemoyne.
