CLARION NETTERS TOP GROVE CITY 5-4

GROVE CITY, Pa. – Clarion’s Women’s Tennis team won three singles and two doubles matches in defeating Grove City on Wednesday by a 5-4 score.

Clarion raised its season record to 4-2 overall, while Grove City dropped to 2-3.

Clarion singles wins were posted at #4 singles by Amy Robertson, #5 singles by Megan Robertson and #6 singles by Brittany Bovalino. The #2 doubles team of Baumgartner and Amy Robertson and #3 unit of Megan Robertson and Bovalino were also winners.

Clarion will host Georgian Court on Friday at Campbell Courts. The match begins at 4pm.

5. Megan Robertson (CL) won Lisa Baldwin (GC) 6-2, 7-6

6. Brittany Bovalino (CL) won Julie Bellissimo (GC) 6-3, 6-2
