Clarion is looking for its first 5-game winning streak since winning six straight from Dec. 18, 2003, to Jan. 1, 2004. Cal broke that streak with a 56-51 game Jan. 14, 2004, at Clarion.
CLARION STEPPING UP FROM THE LINE DURING WIN STREAK
The Golden Eagles have stepped up from the free-throw line during their 4-game win streak. Clarion is hitting 79.8 percent of its free throws in the last 4 contests (87-109) led by Terrance Vaughns 26 of 28 (92.9%). On the year, the Golden Eagles lead the PSAC in free-throw shooting percentage at 73.2% (265-362). Vaughns leads the way at 86.2% (56-65) and Ricky Henderson is next at 78.8% (52-66).

GOLDEN EAGLES 4-3 IN LAST SEVEN AT HAMMER HALL AGAINST VULCANS
Clarion is 4-3 at Hammer Hall over the past two seasons including a 72-49 last season. That victory did break a 2-game losing streak at Cal for the Eagles with both loses coming during the 2004 season including one in the PSAC Playoffs.
HENDERSON CONTINUES TO SHINE
Junior forward Ricky Henderson continues to shine since joining Clarion 10 games ago. If he had enough games to qualify, he would rank 1st in the PSAC in rebounding (11.2), 13th in points (15.4) and first in blocks (2.7)
