VAUGHNS MOVES INTO TOP 20 AT CLARION IN SCORING

• With 1,136 career points, senior guard Terrance Vaughns has moved into the Top 20 in school history in scoring at 20^th place. He needs 44 points to move past Jamie Polak for 19^th place and 64 points to become just the 16^th player in school history with 1,200 career points.

DETROIT DUO CONTINUE TO LEAD THE WAY

• Clarion’s Detroit duo of junior forward Ricky Henderson and junior guard Leon Kennedy continue to pace the way for the Golden Eagles. Henderson is averaging a team-best 16.3 ppg and 11.3 rpg since joining the rotation Dec. 20 (six games, while Kennedy is averaging 14.2 ppg, 4.8 rpg while picking up 26 steals in 13 contests. If he had enough games to qualify, Henderson would lead the PSAC in rebounding and would be 9^th in scoring. With 3.17 blocks per game, Henderson would also lead the PSAC in that category if he had enough games to qualify.

EAGLES HAVE ONE OF TOP DEFENSES IN PSAC

• Clarion’s defense ranks third in the PSAC in points allowed at 64.8 ppg, while ranking 5^th in field goal defense with opponents shooting 43.3 percent against the Eagles. Clarion is also fourth in steals (8.92 spg)

EAGLES 2^ND IN PSAC FROM THE LINE

• Clarion ranks second in the PSAC from the free-throw line at 70.4 percent.

REBOUNDING; SHOOTING HURTING CLARION

• The Golden Eagles are being hurt by their rebounding and shooting. Clarion ranks 10^th in the PSAC in shooting percentage at 42.7 percent and 9^th in rebounding margin at negative 0.1.

FOUR EAGLES AMONG PSAC LEADERS

• Four Clarion players are among the Top 10 in various PSAC categories. Junior forward Chris Buchanan leads the PSAC in 3-point shooting percentage at 48.6% (18-37). Junior point guard Bobby Franklin is 3^rd in the conference in steals (2.46 spg) and 5^th in assists (4.38 apg), while Leon Kennedy is tied for 5^th in steals (2.0) and is 10^th in 3-point shooting percentage at 39.6% (19-48). Terrance Vaughns is 8^th in free-throw shooting at 81.1% (30-37).
