Dec. 4 – Clarion 77, Bloomsburg 60: Clarion hosted Bloomsburg in the first PSAC Crossover contest of the season and raced out to a 42-18 halftime lead on its way to the win. Terrance Vaughns scored a career-high 26 points to lead the Golden Eagles. Vaughns added eight rebounds, two assists and three steals. Michael Clarke contributed 17 points, six rebounds and three assists, while Ryan Wells had 13 points, eight rebounds, three assists and two steals.

LAST PSU-McKEESPORT GAME

Dec. 9 – PSU-McKeesport 72, PSU-Beaver 57: At home, the Lions got a game-high 26 points from Anthony Rivers, while Darnell Turner added 15 points.

CLARION NOTES

The Eagles are 5-2 for the third straight season and have won at least five or their first seven games for the 12^th time in head coach Ron Righter’s 17 years at Clarion.

Twelve players scored in total for Clarion.
