CLARION HARRIERS COMPETE AT ST. VINCENT

 

LATROBE – The Clarion University cross country team competed at the St. Vincent Invitational Saturday taking fifth place.

 

Clarion High school graduate Molly Smathers paced the Golden Eagles with a fifth-place finish (20:21) while Suzanne Schwerer was 11th (20:46). Annmarie Clifford was 30th, Kate Reinhart was 36th, Rachel Slade 37th and Amanda Maholtz 42nd.

 

Clarion’s top four runners were held out of the race for training purposes.
