Enrollment Verification Students may need verification of
their enrollment status at Clarion University for a variety of reasons
such as eligibility for insurance coverage or financial aid.
Verifications are done by the Office of the Registrar and the Office
of Financial Aid depending upon the type of verification needed.
Verification that a student is scheduled for a particular term can
be processed once a schedule has been prepared for that term.
Verification of actual enrollment can only be processed once the
semester has begun.
Undergraduate students with a schedule of 12 or more credits will
be certified as full-time and students with less than 12 credits will
certified as part-time (three quarter time, half time or less than
half time).
Graduate students with a schedule of 9 or more credits will be
certified as full-time and students with less than 9 credits will be
certified as part- time.
Students who are on campus may request enrollment verification by
completing a request form at the Office of the Registrar, 122 Carrier.
Former students as well as those outside the Clarion area may
request verification of enrollment by
sending a signed, written request which includes the following
information:
- full name
- social security number
- specify undergraduate or graduate
- specify terms to be verified
- indicate expected date of graduation
- provide complete mailing address where verification is to be sent (or
faxed)
- sign and date
