In compliance with federal, state, and local fire-safety regulations and to insure reasonable comfort for all who attend Commencement, admission to the ceremony will be by ticket only.  Each graduate who is participating in Commencement will be issued 8 tickets for guests.  Tickets will not be issued to graduates who are not participating in the ceremony.  Tickets may be picked up at the Office of the Registrar, 122 Carrier, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, beginning Monday, April 28, 2008.  Photo I.D. is required.

There is a limited number of reserved seating for family members who have disabilities or special needs. We ask that only one additional family member accompany the special needs person in this area. You can obtain tickets for this area when you pick up your tickets at the Office of the Registrar. These tickets will be in exchange for, not in addition to, your Commencement tickets.   

Degree candidates who are unable to personally obtain their tickets should contact the Office of the Registrar (814-393-2229 or registrar@clarion.edu) no later than Friday, May 2, 2008 and your tickets will be mailed to you or held for pick-up at rehearsal.
