DROP/ADD PROCESS All schedule changes must be processed
during the period of Drop/Add according to the procedures outlined
below.
A late drop will be processed as a Class Withdrawal
Permission to Enter Closed Section forms (available at the
department of the class) are to be processed
during the Drop/Add period.
- Check the availability of classes using Web for Students
(instructions below).
- Complete the Drop/Add transaction (instructions below):
- On line using iClarion portal:
- Enter Clarion website at
www.clarion.edu
- Click on "iClarion Portal" to the left of the screen
- (Your user name begins with s_, followed by your first
name initial, middle name initial {if available}, and your
last name up to a total of 12 characters. If you have not
already changed your password, it is a 13-digit number
consisting of your student ID {9-digits} and your month and
date of birth {4-digits}. An example of your password would be
"123456789mmdd").
- Click "School Services"
- Click "web for students"
- Click "Student Services & Financial Aid"
- Click on "Registration and Schedule"
- Click on Drop/Add Classes
- Select the correct semester
- Enter the call number of courses to be added or drop
courses needing to drop
- Print a schedule
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your
schedule.
Drop/Add will not be accepted once
Drop/Add is over. Students may withdraw from a class through
the end of the ninth week of a fall or spring term. Students will
receive a grade for every course that remains on their schedule
after the periods of Drop/Add and class withdrawals are over.
Important Note: Before completing any Drop/Add
transactions, students are advised to check what impact the
transactions will have on degree requirements, eligibility for
financial aid, athletics, health insurance, veterans benefits,
scholarships or other areas.
Please be aware that semester fees will be adjusted accordingly
for any schedule changes processed during the period of Drop/Add
based on the University's published fee schedule and refund
policy.
Students who have any financial or academic holds will not be
able to participate in Drop/Add.
