Student Leader Empowerment Program

The Student Leader Empowerment Program is a new leadership skill training series offered by the Office of Campus Life. This program is open to all students regardless of their academic standing or involvement in a Recognized Student Organization and seeks to provide participants with more formalized training in the areas of: running effective meetings, resolving conflict, teambuilding, making ethical decisions and establishing goals & a vision that will extend beyond a term in office.

Following each session participants will be asked to take a brief assessment reviewing the material covered that evening. Students scoring an average of seventy percent on all five assessments will receive a certificate of completion and a t-shirt. Students attending four of the five sessions will receive a t-shirt.

Sessions will take place on Wednesdays in room 250/252 Gemmell at 8:30 p.m. The schedule for this Spring is as follows:
