Christian illusionist Zak Mirzadeh will present “Nothing Up My Sleeve” at 8 p.m. Feb. 28 in the multi-purpose room of Gemmell Student Complex.
As a child, Mirzadeh experienced life as a Muslim, faithful to his religion, and praying five times every day. He grew up in a fatherless household, and, at the age of 17, Zak was confronted with a reality that was very different from his upbringing. He was brought face to face with who Jesus is. As a part of the show, Mirzadeh weaves in his story of what it was like to grow up in a religious household and how the gospel of Jesus transformed his life.
The performance is free and open to the public. Sponsor is student organization Cru, formerly Campus Crusade for Christ.
