Lasermania features laser graphics set to pop and classic rock

Clarion University Department of Physics will present Lasermania Sept. 23-28 in Peirce Planetarium, in the Grunenwald Center for Science and Technology.

The shows feature state-of-the-art laser graphics and live lighting effects set to pop and classic rock music. Lasermania uses a laser projector that is twice as fast as other laser systems and provides a flicker-free image, making the laser quality clearer and easier to view. Shows include:

Summer Jam, 2 p.m.
Laser Pink Floyd "The Best of Echoes," 7 and 8 p.m.

• Sept. 28
Halloween Laser Spectacular, 7 and 8 p.m.

Tickets, available outside of the planetarium one hour before each show, are $8 per person for double features and $5 per person for single shows. Children age 3 and under are admitted free.
