Venango Campus Transition

Cultural and economic growth in Venango County will get a boost under a plan developed by the Oil Region Alliance of Business, Industry and Tourism and Pennsylvania Western University Clarion for the university’s Venango property.

Starting in fall 2024, pending approval by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, the Associate of Science in Nursing will relocate to the Clarion campus.

The Building Blocks of Better Understanding

The Academic Resource Center (ARC) at Venango campus provides highly trained peer tutors and professional staff who are dedicated to helping students with study skills and subject-related questions.

At Venango campus, a large percentage of the student body uses the ARC each semester. The ARC staff help students develop academic skills as part of a plan designed to facilitate students' success in college. There is no cost to use the ARC.

ARC HOURS OF OPERATION:

Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
