Interlibrary Loan Online Request Forms (ILLiad)

  Periodical Interlibrary Loan Request - If you have used Interlibrary Loan Periodical requests in the past, you may notice that we are now using a new form. Please help us gather necessary statistics by carefully completing all the questions.

   E-Z Borrowing - Use E-ZBorrow to generate electronic ILL requests directly to other libraries. E-ZBorrow materials must be picked up at the Carlson and Suhr Libraries.  To log in, students use 9 + their Clarion student ID( If students do not know their Clarion student ID#, they can go to  http://www.clarion.edu/cs/idconv/ for help). Faculty use 0000 + their employee ID number, which is on their current pay stub.
