After-hour Emergencies
The hours of the Keeling Health
Center are 8:30am - 5pm. Monday - Friday.
- For non-emergencies students
are encouraged to call the health center and leave their name, phone number,
and problem. A nurse will return their call between 8:30am - 9am.
- For students living in a
residence hall, after-hour emergencies should be brought to the attention of
the GA/AC. They along with the student will determine if the student
can wait until morning or if immediate care is required. If it is
decided that the student needs to be seen immediately, transportation, either
by taxi, courtesy transport (less critical) or the ambulance if needed will be
called to transport the student to the
Clarion Hospital's emergency
room. The cost of the ambulance and the emergency room is the
responsibility of the student and/or their insurance.
