Messman training director

MESSMAN

Lynn (Romboski) Messman ('84) was recently promoted to director of training for Epsilon in Burlington, MA. Epsilon is consultative database marketing company offering strategy and implementation, database development and management and analytic consulting in a variety of commercial and not-for-profit industries. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of American Express.

Lynn has been with Epsilon for over seven years and has previously held the positions of the training manager in the human resources department, product training leader in research and development and training manager for sales force automation within the Healthcare Marketing Division.

Lynn graduated from Clarion University of Pennsylvania with an MS in communication. She is a national member of the American Society for Training and Development and a member of the reader advisory panel for "Working Mother" magazine.

Lynn resides in Georgetown, MA, with her husband, Chris, and children, Michael and Molly.
