Matching Gift Program
The Annual Fund supports Clarion University by encouraging
recurrent, unrestricted gifts that can be used where they are most needed. The
Annual Fund provides increased scholarship dollars for students, emergency loans for students, library resources, technology enhancements, faculty development, and other needs not supported by state
funds and tuition.
Every year alumni, parents, employees, retirees, friends, and businesses
provide more than $500,000 in support of the annual fund.
More than 75 percent of Clarion's students
receive financial aid. Student aid supported by the Annual Fund includes: leadership
awards; honors, presidential, departmental, and athletic scholarships; emergency loans.
