The Office of Conference and Event Services is primarily responsible for scheduling classrooms, meeting rooms and other facilities on campus for a variety of activities, speakers, and organizations. Student groups and departments can reserve space by accessing the "space request" link above.

The Office of Conference and Event Services also works with external groups to schedule facilities and coordinate services. External groups must contact the Director of Conference and Event Services.
