The Clarion Business and Economic Review is published by Clarion University Publications as a service to the university and business community.  It is sponsored by the Bureau of Business and Economic Research and the College of Business Administration.

Contents of Review materials reflect the views of the authors and do not necessarily represent the views of members of the Bureau of Business and Economic Research, the College of Business Administration or Clarion University of Pennsylvania.  The Editorial Board and Clarion University are not in any way responsible for the views expressed by contributors.

The Review welcomes the submission of articles on topics relating to business, economics, and development.  In addition to articles, the Review invites authors to submit shorter works, such as book reviews, commentaries, recent developments, and bibliographies.

To be considered for publication, manuscripts should be typewritten and double-spaced.  Submissions should be sent accompanied by a duplicate of the manuscript on a 3.5" floppy diskette preferably in Corel WordPerfect 8.0 or MSWord.
