Become licensed to sell real estate in Pennsylvania.... Taught by an associate broker, the following two classes are required by the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission.
Complete both with a minimum "C" average, take the state exam, and pass with a 70 percent or above to become
licensed. (State Exam fees are not included in this course) Real Estate Fundamentals & Practice - Classroom
